About the Role
A growing distribution business in Sheffield is looking for an experienced Despatch Supervisor to lead their outbound team. This is a permanent role with genuine progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of despatch operatives
- Ensuring all outbound orders are picked, packed, and despatched on time
- Managing shift handovers and team briefings
- Monitoring KPIs and reporting to the Warehouse Manager
- Supporting recruitment and training of new team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or despatch environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with WMS systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
