About the Role
We're recruiting warehouse operatives for a busy distribution centre in Birmingham. You'll be picking, packing, and processing orders in a fast-paced environment. Full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders to a high standard of accuracy
- Operating handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Meeting daily pick rate targets
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work at pace and meet targets
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
