Where we came from
Our Story
Tabor Recruitment was founded by people who understood the industrial sector from the inside. We'd seen too many agencies treat workers as numbers and employers as invoices — and we knew there was a better way.
We started with a focus on warehousing and manufacturing in the Midlands, and grew steadily by doing one thing well: listening. Listening to what employers actually need, and listening to what workers actually want from their careers.
Today we operate UK-wide across six specialist sectors — warehousing, food production, logistics, packing & packaging, manufacturing, and construction. The business has grown, but the approach hasn't changed.
