About the Role
A well-established manufacturer in Wolverhampton is looking for experienced production operatives to join their permanent team. You'll be working on a busy production line, operating machinery and ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring output quality and flagging defects
- Completing shift handover documentation
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Willing to work rotating shifts
